Save Texas Instruments TI-83 Plus Graphing Calculator

I'm a calculator freak. I own HP-49G, HP-48GX, Casio-9850GB+, TI-89, TI-83+, TI-83 and some other. Having used calculators made by different companies, I know the differences. It would be unfair to compare TIs 83 with HPs 4x. However it can be compared to Casios' 9850GB+. In my opinion, Casio is the winner. One thing I found common in both of these is that they are not able to calculate more than 69!. Casio has color screen but less memory than 83. It has some graph equations built in. What TI calculators lack is "dynamic graph" which Casio can do. No complaints about manuals, but again Casios' is slightly better. Finally, even with less memory than 83, I recommend Casio. If you're into math, or physics and related areas, I highly highly recommend one of HPs (too bad, 49g is not available anymore, but you can still get 48gx. HURRY!). Also you may want to look at TI-89 or TI Voyage 200. Theres is something new from Casio called ClassPad 300. Also, just because TI calculators are widely used, doesn't mean its the best. As far as support goes, again its more common than other brands, but its completely upto YOU to learn how to use.Get more detail about Texas Instruments TI-83 Plus Graphing Calculator.
